After graduating from Dalhousie University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Johnathon pursued his CPA designation in Yellowknife, NWT with Crowe LLP. He obtained his designation January 7, 2020, and then returned to Nova Scotia where he joined HDCA Inc and continues to be a member in good standing with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia. Throughout his career, Johnathon has experience working in both large and small firm environments. His focus in Yellowknife was in audit and assurance engagements, which has helped to develop his strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Johnathon’s practice is focused on small owner managed business, professionals, and non-profits.

​Beth has been working in the accounting field, both personal and corporate for twenty five years.    She began working in a small CA firm which gained her experience in many aspects of accounting.     From there she moved to a computer software development company that specialized in Customizing AccPac Accounting software.  In 1994 Beth started working as an independent contractor in the accounting field, working with various businesses and CA Firms, including Harnish Sutherland Watt.  Beth has been working with Harnish DesRosiers Chartered Accountants since 2008.  She joined full time in June 2013 and as of January 1, 2015 became a principal in the firm.  In 2016 HDCA Inc was established as our corporate identity.
